Services
Every service I offer starts from the same place: find out what's actually wrong before doing anything about it. I don't hand out generic programs or treat symptoms in isolation — I assess first, then build a plan around what your body actually needs.
My approach comes from sports medicine and my own recovery from a career-threatening injury. I use your own body as the primary tool — movement quality, control, and correct patterns come first. Equipment and added resistance come after, once the foundation is right. That's the whole idea behind Movement is Medicine: fix the cause, then build strength on top of it, not instead of it.

In-Person Personal Training -- In Orange County, CA
The theory Strength training only works long-term if it's built on a body that's actually moving correctly. Training on top of a compensation pattern just makes that pattern stronger — and eventually, that's where the next injury comes from. Every program starts with an assessment, not a template, and technique always comes before intensity.
What's included:
Initial hands-on movement assessment — posture, movement quality, and pain points evaluated before anything is planned
A personalized training program built directly from that assessment, not a generic plan
Real-time, hands-on coaching and form correction every session
Ongoing adjustments as your movement and strength change — the plan evolves with you, it isn't fixed on day one
How you're taken care of Every session is coached directly by me, not handed off. I track how you're moving and responding over time, and the program is adjusted based on that — not on a fixed calendar. The goal isn't just getting stronger. It's building strength on a body that's actually working the way it should.
Bodywork & Rehab -- In Lake forest, CA
The theory Pain is information, not something to just shut off. Bodywork brings real relief, but relief alone doesn't last if the pattern causing the pain never changes. That's why bodywork here is never offered on its own — it's always paired with corrective exercise, so the change actually holds instead of fading in a few hours.
What's included:
Hands-on movement assessment — identifying posture and movement issues behind the pain, not just the sore spot
Deep tissue massage for chronic tension and muscle adhesion
Cupping to support circulation and muscle release
Muscle stimulation to support activation and recovery
Corrective exercise prescribed alongside every session, so the results extend beyond the table
How you're taken care of Every session starts with checking in on how the last one held up, not starting from zero each time. Progress is reassessed periodically to confirm the correction is actually sticking, not just masking the pain temporarily.
Online Coaching (Monthly Coaching)
The theory. The same root-cause approach, built for coaching at a distance. A personalized program beats a generic template even when I'm not in the room with you — it just requires more structured feedback to get there: video review, daily tracking, and a plan that actually adjusts based on what's happening, not one written once and left alone.
What's included:
Weekly 1:1 coaching calls
A personalized nutrition plan built around your goals
A personalized training program — split into a strength track and a separate corrective routine for what actually needs fixing
Daily tracking through my Kur Athletx app: habits, weigh-ins, and video form checks
In-app chat access to me directly, between calls
Ongoing progress analysis — your numbers reviewed and adjusted, not just logged
How you're taken care of. I review your video form checks and daily tracking myself — not an algorithm. Your program is adjusted weekly based on how you're actually responding, not a fixed 12-week template. A 3-month option is also available for clients ready to commit to longer-term change, since strength, mobility, and habits take more than a few weeks to actually shift.
